Welcome to Held by Nicole's "Held Together" blog!

Held Together is a partly-educational-partly-personal and light blog about breast feeding, bottle feeding, pumping, infant sleep, starting solids, infant milestones, lactation consulting, and various motherhood lifestyle content.

 

This is a space where you can find valuable information and camaraderie on topics related to motherhood, infant care, and infant feeding. You may see some advocacy posts, some affiliate links (but none that I wouldn't use or vouch for!), and some downright "why didn't they teach me this in the hospital?" posts. My goal is to provide helpful insights, tips, and support to mothers as they navigate the wild journey of motherhood. I want to empower and educate mothers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their babe's well-being, while also normalizing normal. I'm also using this as a place to keep myself accountable to new things I am learning and interested in. I'm hoping to post new research here every month or so.
